Lover of life and all things food! 

Hey there! It's your Chef-friend Marlene, here. 

 

As the owner of a boutique style catering company, there's always so much excitement when I get to provide clients and their most important guests with great food and experiences.  At home, where my most important role is wife, mom, and friend, that excitement doesn't change.

I've created a space where busy moms, like me, or foodies with an inquiring mind, can access simple artisan recipes, tips, and techniques all from a Chef's perspective.  You can take virtual interactive cooking sessions where you'll l
earn to cook and create simple gourmet meals that can be made any day of the week incorporating seasonality, repurposing ingredients, while elevating your skills and way around the kitchen.

Meet Marlene Faulkner of Knife and Faulk in McKinney

Marlene, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I was born in Brooklyn and grew up around family that loved to cook and have get-togethers. I can remember being in the kitchen with my grandmothers playing with ingredients and creating.

Watch Chef Marlene on Raid The Fridge

Host Dan Ahdoot, along with judges Jamika Pessoa and Jordan Andino, welcome four new chefs to face the mystery fridges. In the first round, the chefs attempt to impress the judges with a sweet and savory brunch. In the second round, the challenge gets bigger as the fridges get smaller. In the final round, one chef takes on a take-out filled fridge while the other unwraps an unwelcome surprise. Only one chef will walk away with a fridge full of $10,000!
